How to Initiate a Return
Follow these simple steps to return your items:
1. Contact Customer Support
Email us at support@mannerco.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with a return form.
2. Prepare Your Package
Place the items you wish to return in secure packaging. Ensure they are in their original, unused condition with all tags attached. Include the return form inside the package.
3. Ship Your Package
Send the package to the provided return address using a reliable shipping provider with tracking. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within up to 10 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Important Notes
Non-Returnable Items: Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration cannot be returned.
Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange an item, contact our customer service team, and we’ll assist you.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at support@mannerco.com with your order details and a photo of the issue. We’ll resolve it promptly at no cost to you.
Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@mannerco.com. Please note that we cannot guarantee cancellations once the order has been processed.
